September 9th - Progress Reports

September 10th - Back to School Bash 5 pm - 7 pm

September 11th - Last Day to Turn in Prize Codes for a Huggie Pet

Clubs This Week

Tuesday, September 8th: K-3 Performance, Athletic, Chess 

Wednesday, September 9th:  Pottery, Drumline, Physics STEM, Glitter & Glitz, K-3 Dance, Cursive, Ukulele 

Thursday, September 10th: Athletic, Crafts
Clubs dismiss at 4 pm. Parents should arrive in the car rider line no later than 4 pm with their car rider tag visible to pick up their student. 

Join Us: Back to School Bash

Bring the whole family to the bus lot on Thursday, September 10, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. 
Enjoy fun learning activities, games, creative challenges, popsicles, and more! Families can also learn about our curriculum and Title I program.
We can’t wait to celebrate the new school year with our Rocket families! 🚀

School Store Fundraiser

Thank you to everyone who has already participated! We are so grateful for your support and contributions to our school. 
Many of our Ozobot robots, which students love using to enhance their learning, are broken. Thanks to your generosity, we will be able to replace several of them!
Friday, September 11, is the final day to turn in codes for Huggie Pets.

Jr. Patriots Cheer Camp

HRMS is hosting a Jr. Patriots Cheer Camp this Fall with their Football Cheerleading Squad.
This is an exciting experience for 4th and 5th grade cheerleaders! Participants will enjoy a fun-filled 3-hour cheer clinic on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, 9am - 12pm, where they’ll learn cheers, chants, and basic cheer & stunting skills led by the HRMS Football Cheerleading Squad and coaches.
Campers will get the opportunity to cheer with the HRMS squad on October 7th on the sidelines for half of a Patriots football game including halftime!
Each participant will receive a Jr. Patriots Cheer Camp t-shirt and a bow to wear and keep. This program provides a safe, energetic environment where kids can build confidence, learn teamwork, and have a blast cheering for the Patriots!
Only 22 spots are available. Spots are secured once you have paid.

Cabarrus County Fair Education Night Tickets

Our wonderful partners at Cabarrus County Government are once again sponsoring an Education Night at the Cabarrus County Fair. All Cabarrus County students will receive a ticket for free admission on Wednesday, September 16th.
