Each week, this newsletter will keep families informed about important dates, school activities, and special opportunities for students. Our goal is to ensure you have all the details you need to support your child’s learning and engagement on campus. Stay tuned and stay involved as we soar through another fantastic week together!

Important Upcoming Dates

September 1st - No School, Labor Day

September 3rd - Chipotle Spirit Night 4 pm - 8 pm

September 4th - PTO Meeting at 5:30 pm

September 9th - Progress Reports

September 10th - Early Dismissal at 12 pm

September 11th - Learning Luau, 5 pm - 7 pm

Clubs this week:

Tuesday: Visual Arts, VexGo, Athletic, Volleyball, Moana, Jungle Book

Thursday: VexGo, Athletic, Chess

*Jungle Book and Moana performance club members should see their specific communication from Mrs. Foster or Ms. Mickens regarding what day they stay and their club dismissal time.

All other clubs dismiss at 4 pm.

📣 School Store Fundraiser Kickoff!

Parents, we are excited to launch our School Store Fundraiser! On Tuesday, September 2nd, students will bring home their fundraiser information.

Here’s how it works:

✅ Students who send out emails and return their lanyard and card with a verified code from School Store will receive a Huggie Pet on Wednesday, September 3rd! 🐾

Our school-wide goal is to raise $4,000 to purchase a brand-new poster printer for our teachers and students. This will help us create colorful, engaging visuals for classrooms and school events.

💡 How you can help:

Look for the fundraiser packet in your child’s backpack.
Help your child send out emails to family and friends.

Thank you for supporting our school! Together, we can reach our goal and give our students and teachers a tool that will brighten learning for everyone. 🌟

🌺 Learning Luau, Title I Meeting & Curriculum Night 🌺

Join us for a fun-filled evening at our Learning Luau on Thursday, September 11th from 5:00–7:00 PM! 🏝️

Families will have the opportunity to:

📚 Learn more about the curriculum and what your child will be studying this year

💡 Discover ways to support learning at home

📋 Attend our annual Title I meeting

Spidergirl Youth Camp

Sign up now for your child to participate in the Spidergirl Youth Camp! On September 27th your child can learn from Concord High School's Cheerleaders a fun routine and a few cheers!
